Ginza Natsuno opened its doors in 1927 and has been a go-to spot for chopstick lovers ever since.
The shop started as a small family business but grew into one of Japan's most respected chopstick specialists because of their dedication to quality and craftsmanship.
Today, they work with skilled artisans from across Japan to offer both traditional and contemporary designs.
Is it worth visiting?
The staff really knows their stuff and can explain the different woods and styles. You'll find chopsticks for every budget (from ¥1,000 to ¥100,000). It's a great place to buy authentic gifts. The shop has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. You can watch craftsmen at work on certain days.
But keep in mind: The shop can get busy during lunch hours. Some of the finest pieces are quite expensive. It's closed on Wednesdays.
